Rates:
$3950 per week plus 9% tax and $200 cleaning fee
$500 refundable security deposit
Saturday to Saturday rentals throughout July & August
11AM check-out, 3PM check-in
Weekend and partial week rentals may be available upon request
Cancellation Policy :
Once booking is made, cancellations are allowed, but deposit will only be returned if owner is able to rent for entire booking period previously booked.

We had such a wonderful stay at Channelside Cottage! The cottage is very spacious and comfortable, and the front room overlooking the water is fantastic! I so enjoyed watching all of the boats go by. The boat dock was perfect. It was very easy for us to dock our boat at. The cottage is very close to the main lake so if you like to tube or waterski it’s a very quick trip around the corner to wide open waters. The boat ramp is just at the end of the street making it very easy to put your boat in and take it out of the water. The cottage owner (I corresponded with Mark Nolan), was great. He was very attentive, accommodating, and answered all of my questions (sent via email) very quickly! I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone!

We spent 4 days at the cottage and everything was amazing! Beautiful, clean and spacious! Right near the marina where we rented a boat, so convenient. We can't wait to go back.

I had soo much fun here staying in the lake all day catching fish and turtles and 1 snake and playing man hunt with my friends at nite thanks for you guys letting us rent this house we had soo much fun hope we can rent here next year.

I can't tell you how relaxing this weekend was for us. The Nolans clearly put a great deal of thought into the comfort and needs of their guests. We enjoyed the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water, the multi-level decks, the new stove and fridge, and hanging out in the family room. This is such a nice place to escape from it all--super clean and relaxing. Thank you for a fantastic stay, can't wait to come back next year!
